TipsyTalk is free to download and use. There is also an option to upgrade to a premium account for $1.99 per month, which offers ad free usage, the ability to create your own categories, and the ability to record and post podcasts for other users to listen to.

Premium accounts use an auto-renewing subscription and are paid on a month to month basis. Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account when you confirm your purchase and subscriptions will attempt to automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Current subscriptions may not be cancelled during the active subscription period, however, you can manage your subscription and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
